2. 2. Receive Guidance and a Quote Your lender reviews your current mortgage, runs scenarios (rate reduction, cash-out, etc.), provides personalized quotes, and pre-approves you (soft credit check).

   Typical time: 1 to 2 business days for detailed quote.

3. 3. Move Forward to Final Approval If you decide to proceed, submit required documentation. Your lender handles underwriting, appraisal (if needed), and final loan approval. BEVEL stays involved to ensure smooth communication.

   Typical time: 3 weeks (faster for rate-and-term refinances without appraisal).

4. 4. Close & Apply Your Credit Sign your docs and fund. You receive up to 0.50% of the loan amount as a closing credit, you can use it to offset closing costs, apply toward an interest rate buydown, or reduce your loan balance.
